Objective

Deliver a CMS-based medical decision support website with approved content and an integrated IOL calculator to help ophthalmic surgeons determine treatment-related parameters.

What I did

• ▸ Led two workstreams: the medical content site and the calculator integration
• ▸ Gathered requirements and structured scope with client and internal teams
• ▸ Coordinated medical content collection, review, and approval
• ▸ Worked with creative and UI/UX on a brand-aligned structure and visuals
• ▸ Managed integration of the client's calculator code package with the dev team
• ▸ Tracked delivery in Azure DevOps and ran project meetings and stand-ups
• ▸ Managed feedback and revision cycles through to live deployment
