Technical Project Manager

I'm a Technical Project Manager with a Master's degree from Boğaziçi University, specializing in delivering software projects across pharmaceutical, fintech, and web domains. I enjoy working at the intersection of business, design, and technology to turn ideas into reliable, user-focused products.

I lead projects from concept to launch, often managing multiple initiatives at once while applying Agile practices to keep teams aligned and delivery on track. My work includes planning sprints, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding projects through their full lifecycle.
