Deliver and localize a secure HCP platform giving healthcare professionals token-based access to approved disease-education content across several international markets.
What I did
- ▸ Led the project end-to-end: requirements, localization, HCP authentication, testing, and live deployment
- ▸ Coordinated token-based HCP authentication with the client's IT team
- ▸ Managed epics, backlog, and delivery tracking in Azure DevOps
- ▸ Facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
